Legislative Updates
We are pleased to share that California Assembly Bill 2030 has been filed this session by Assemblymember Josh Lowenthal. The bill was introduced on February 17, 2026, and has been referred to the Assembly Health and Judiciary Committees. The Assembly Health Committee has scheduled a hearing on AB 2030 for Tuesday, March 24, at 1:30 PM PT in Sacramento in hearing room 1100 at 1315 10th Street, Sacramento, CA 95814.
