There is no set price for the Certificates of Specialization or Advanced Certificate of Specialization as those pursuing a certificate will pay for each individual course separately to allow for flexibility in course selection. For the cost of each course, please visit the program page links listed above.

Participants have up to 5 years to complete the Certificate of Specialization. Those pursing the Advanced Certificate of Specialization have a total of 7 years to complete the required courses.

Yes, any of the individual AI courses can be taken individually, and you will receive a Certificate of Completion from the Harvard Chan Advanced Learning Academy for each course.

The AI in Health Care Certificate of Specialization is a 3-course credential that builds foundational and applied AI skills for health care professionals. Participants complete one required core course and two AI electives within five years, gaining practical frameworks to responsibly implement AI in clinical and operational settings.

The AI in Health Care Leadership Advanced Certificate of Specialization is a 6-course credential designed for those seeking broader strategic and leadership expertise. It includes the full 3-course AI certificate, two additional AI electives (different from those applied to the initial certificate), and one leadership course. Participants have up to 10 years to complete the requirements.
