Case Study on Community Health
Lead by Dr. Richard Siegrist, Department of Health Policy and Management at Harvard Chan, India Center is developing a case study on the Total Health program, a CSR initiative being implemented by the Apollo group in Aragonda, Andhra Pradesh. The study aims to conduct an in-depth case study of the Total Health Program, a comprehensive model for addressing community health with an applied focus on prevention of diabetes and hypertension. The landscaping of the initiative from the field was conducted by Rose Service Learning Fellowship, Monica Nirmala, MPH followed by a field visit by the faculty.Post the field study, the Case Study is being drafted by Dr. Siegrist with an aim to launch it at Harvard Chan in September 2020.
