Workshop on Artificial Intelligence and Tuberculosis
- The India Research Center, in collaboration with the Harvard John A. Paulson School of Engineering and Applied Sciences and Wadhwani Institute for Artificial Intelligence, organized a workshop on the role of Artificial Intelligence in preventing tuberculosis.
- This workshop was led by Milind Tambe, Gordon McKay Professor of Computer Science, Harvard John A. Paulson School of Engineering and Applied Sciences.
- Savita Shardul, State Surveillance and Monitoring Medical Officer, State TB Office – Pune, delivered the keynote address.
- The aim of the workshop was to bring together Government of Maharashtra officials and non-profit research organizations to effective ways of partnering for addressing tuberculosis through the use of AI.
