Conducted on November 28, 2022: A panel discussion on Diabetes and Nutrition: Approaches and Lessons from India, hosted by the India Research Center. The discussion covered nutritional concerns regarding diabetes and addressed the progress and strategies towards improving the status of diabetes in India.
Panelists included Dr Frank Hu, chair, Department of Nutrition, and Fredrick J. Stare Professor of Nutrition and Epidemiology at Harvard Chan School; Dr Monika Arora, Vice President, Research and Health Promotion, Public Health Foundation of India; Ms Roli Singh, IAS, Additional Secretary and Mission Director, National Health Mission, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India. The discussion was moderated by Dr K. Vish Viswanath, Lee Kum Kee Professor of Health Communications at Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health and faculty director, Harvard Chan India Research Center.
