Conducted on August 29, 2022: A webinar on Childhood Vaccination in India: Successes and Lessons, organized by the India Research Center and Project SANCHAR. Panelists addressed the important components that led to the success of childhood vaccination in India over the years, vaccination programs across India, the challenges that continue to persist, the trajectory of campaigns in the past, and best practices for the way forward.

Panelists included Anuradha Gupta, Deputy Chief Executive Officer, Gavi, the Vaccine Alliance; Dr. P. Ashok Babu, IAS, Joint Secretary, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India; Rajeshwari Chandrasekar, Chief of Field Office, UNICEF Maharashtra; Dr. Sanjay Kapur, Managing Director, John Snow India. The discussion was moderated by Dr. K. Vish Viswanath, Lee Kum Kee Professor of Health Communications at Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health and faculty director, India Research Center.
