Webinar on “Child Nutrition and Behavior Change Communication”

The National Commission for Protection of Child Rights (NCPCR) and the India Research Center hosted a webinar on “Child Nutrition and Behavior Change Communication”. The discussion focused on addressing challenges in providing adequate child nutrition, the impact of COVID-19 on nutritional outcomes, and how social and behavior change communication interventions can mitigate these challenges. 

Dr. Harish Kumar Pemde, Joint Secretary at Indian Academy of Pediatrics, and Dr. K. “Vish” Viswanath, Lee Kum Kee Professor of Health Communication at Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health shared global and local perspectives. The session was moderated by Dr. Ananya Awasthi, Assistant Director – Research & Government Partnerships IRC & Member Advisory Committee – NCPCR.
