Fireside Chat “From Illness to Wellness to Well-being: Views from the C-Suites”
Conducted on January 9 in New Delhi and January 12 in Mumbai: hosted by the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health – India Research Center, HBS India Research Centre, Harvard Business School Club of India, The Lakshmi Mittal and Family South Asia Institute, Harvard University, the Delhi Management Association and the National HRD Network. In the events, Professor K Vish Viswanath, Lee Kum Kee Professor of Health Communication at Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health, shared findings from his study with C-Suite leaders. This was followed by a fireside chat with Dr. Geeta Kumar, well-being and sustainability advocate and DE&I & OD consultant in New Delhi on January 09, and Preeti Gupta, director of the Aditya Birla Foundation for Enriching Lives, Aditya Birla Group in Mumbai on January 12. The conversations outlined how well-being is promoted in companies and the challenges and opportunities in taking an integrated approach to well-being.
