The Harvard T.H. Chan Education and Research Center for Occupational Safety and Health (ERC) is one of the 18 regional centers funded by the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH). The Harvard Chan ERC supports traineeships at the master, doctoral, and postdoctoral levels.

Training Programs
Our Center offers comprehensive training programs in occupational safety and health. These programs aim to develop skilled professionals in the fields of industrial/occupational hygiene, ergonomics, occupational epidemiology, occupational medicine, and more. Trainees engage in rigorous academic coursework, hands-on research opportunities, and field experiences to address workplace health and safety challenges.
