Dr. Davis is Associate Professor of Medicine (Biostatistics) at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center and Harvard Medical School. He is Director of Biostatistics in the Division of General Medicne and is the BIDMC Director of the Harvard Catalyst Biostatistics Consulting Program. He holds a BA in Statistics and Mathematics and an MA in Statistics from the University of Rochester, and an ScD in Biostatistics from Harvard. Matt Fishman is Vice President for Community Health at Partners. Since 1994, he has led Partners’ efforts to collaborate with community health centers, consumer advocates, and other community leaders to make measurable progress on public health problems. These include racial disparities, substance abuse, violence, low birth weight, and chronic illnesses in the communities Partners and its hospitals serve. In addition, Matt focuses on improving systems of care for low income patients, on providing affordable insurance through implementation of the landmark Massachusetts and Federal health reform laws, and on economic opportunity and workforce development, especially for low income young people. Jack Dennerlein, PhD is Dean of Boston University Sargent College of Health and Rehabilitation Sciences. He is also an Adjunct Professor of Ergonomics and Safety in the Department of Environmental Health at Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health. Dr. Dennerlein has spent nearly three decades as an internationally respected scholar, researcher, and innovator in the field of occupational safety and health – primarily in ergonomics, where his federally-funded research investigates interventions to improve worker safety, health, and well-being. Mr. DiBerardinis received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Chemical Engineering from Northeastern University and a Master of Science Degree in Industrial Hygiene from Harvard University. He received his Certification in Industrial Hygiene and Certification as a Safety Professional.Mr. DiBerardinis has been affiliated with M.I.T. since 1989. Dr. Dickson is President and CEO of UMass Memorial Health, the largest not-for-profit health care system in central Massachusetts with $3.3 billion in annual revenue, 1,700 physicians and more than 16,500 employees. Damien Dussaux is an economist in the Environment and Economy Integration Division of the Environment Directorate of the OECD. He is one of the coordinators of the OECD Environmental Outlook, a forward-looking project on the environmental impacts of economic systems worldwide and the public policies implemented to prevent or reduce these impacts. At the OECD, he is also leading work on the valuation of health and the environment, as well as environmental innovation and evidence-based assessment of environmental policies. He is certified in the practice of industrial hygiene by the Board for Global EHS Credentialing and is certified as a Safety Professional by the Board of Certified Safety Professionals.
