Biography

A. Enrique Caballero, MD is an Endocrinologist, Investigator, Faculty Director of International Innovation Programs, Faculty Director of Diabetes Education in the Office for External Education and Associate Professor of Medicine at Harvard Medical School. He founded and directed the Latino Diabetes Initiative at the Joslin Diabetes Center and is currently Director of Latino Diabetes Health in the Division of Endocrinology, Diabetes and Hypertension and Associate Scientist in the Division of Global Health Equity at the Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston. He is also the Chair for the Health Care Disparities Committee at the American Diabetes Association.
