Nikhil Bhojwani is a Managing Partner at Recon Strategy, a consulting firm that he co-founded in 2010. Recon’s clients include health systems, provider organizations, payers, life-science firms, digital health firms, and non-profits. While most of these clients are large incumbent players, the firm sets aside 25% of its capacity for early-stage companies, and Nikhil stays close to the startup community as an investor, board member, and/or advisor to several companies. Ms. Bissell first served UNICEF in 1987, in New York, in what was then called the Division of Information and Public Affairs. Thereafter she returned to the University of Toronto to complete a Master’s degree in law, economics and international relations. Ms. Bissell then resumed her work at UNICEF, in the Sri Lanka country office, focused on children in especially difficult circumstances (CEDC). From there she moved to Bangladesh and maintained her CEDC concentration, positioning UNICEF particularly on child labor at a time when it was attracting considerable international attention. Jakob Bjørner is Chief Science Officer at QualityMetric and Professor of Epidemiology at the National Research Centre for the Working Environment in Denmark. He also has affiliations with the University of Copenhagen. Jakob specializes in applying modern psychometric theory to the measurement of health outcomes. In collaboration with John E. Ware Jr. and the science team at QualityMetric, Jakob developed the DYNHA® computerized adaptive testing software for measuring patient reported health outcomes. They have subsequently developed several computerized adaptive tests of generic and disease-specific health. Bonnie Blanchfield is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Health Policy and Management at Harvard TH Chan School of Public Health (HSPH) and Harvard Medical School. She is also the Faculty Director for both the Health Management Field of Study and the Generalist Field of Study for MPH students and teaches in both programs. She is Adjunct Professor at the Dartmouth Institute (TDI) and teaches in a hybrid program at London School of Economics. Beth Boland is former chair of the firm’s Securities Enforcement & Litigation Practice and the vice chair of the firm's ESG practice. Named one of the "Most Influential Bostonians" by Boston Magazine, Beth was recently inducted into the inaugural class of the Massachusetts Lawyers Hall of Fame. Meaghan Boyd is a partner in the Atlanta office of Alston & Bird. She defends companies in complex environmental and toxic tort litigation in federal and state courts, and advises clients on compliance and enforcement matters involving many federal environmental statutes, including CERCLA, the Clean Water Act, and RCRA, and their state counterparts, as well as hazardous materials transportation regulations. Janis Breeze is an Epidemiologist in the Biostatistics, Epidemiology, and Research Design (BERD) Center at Tufts Medical Center,and Assistant Professor at Tufts University School of Medicine. She received her Master’s degree in Epidemiology from the Mailman School of Public Health at Columbia University, and her Bachelor’s degree in Brain and Cognitive Sciences from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
