Wade Berner is a registered Professional Engineer in both the US and Canada and has been immersed within facility commissioning, optimization and performance for over 27 years. As a Commissioning Authority, he has implemented these strategies on projects ranging from elementary schools to highly critical facilities including two BSL4 laboratory facilities and a rocket launch complex. Susan Bissell

Ms. Bissell first served UNICEF in 1987, in New York, in what was then called the Division of Information and Public Affairs. Thereafter she returned to the University of Toronto to complete a Master’s degree in law, economics and international relations. Ms. Bissell then resumed her work at UNICEF, in the Sri Lanka country office, focused on children in especially difficult circumstances (CEDC). From there she moved to Bangladesh and maintained her CEDC concentration, positioning UNICEF particularly on child labor at a time when it was attracting considerable international attention. Jakob Bjørner is Chief Science Officer at QualityMetric and Professor of Epidemiology at the National Research Centre for the Working Environment in Denmark. He also has affiliations with the University of Copenhagen. Jakob specializes in applying modern psychometric theory to the measurement of health outcomes. In collaboration with John E.
