Patricia Milligan

Patricia Milligan is a Certified Health Physicist as well as a nuclear pharmacist. Ms. Milligan is a Senior Advisor in the Nuclear Regulatory Commission’s Office of Nuclear Security and Incident Response- Division of Preparedness and Response. Ms. Milligan has worked for the NRC since 1998. Prior to joining the NRC, she worked for 13 years in the nuclear power field and for 5 years in the nuclear pharmacy field. In addition, Ms. Milligan was Panel Chair for the American Board of Health Physics (ABHP) Part 1 exam and also severed as a board member of the ABHP.
