Human-Centered Design in Public Health Workshop with Ariadne Labs – 2/24

Join Ariadne Labs in a hands-on workshop to learn how they use Human-Centered Design to develop solutions that save lives and reduce suffering around the world. Human-centered design uses empathy, ideation, and experimentation to design tools and systems that center the needs of the humans that use them. In public health, human-centered design can produce tools and systems that work for their most vulnerable users and beneficiaries.Learn the design process behind tools like the Surgical Safety Checklist and the Serious Illness Conversation Guide – from identifying a problem to designing , testing, and implementing a solution. The workshop will be on Friday, February 24th in Kresge Room 200. Lunch will be provided.
