Innovation with AI in Health Care
Program Overview
Date: December 7–15, 2026
Modality: Online Live
Certificate of Specialization eligibility:
Lead the transformation to AI-enabled healthcare
Artificial intelligence is maturing rapidly across industries, yet healthcare continues to face challenges in realizing its full potential. At the same time, health systems around the world are grappling with aging populations, rising expectations, and escalating costs. Innovation with AI in Health Care offers a strategic roadmap to help organizations address these pressures and evolve into innovative, AI-enabled, 21st-century institutions.
A key barrier to AI adoption in healthcare is a lack of understanding among healthcare leaders. Many are unfamiliar with both the technical foundations of AI and the practical strategies required for successful, scalable implementation. As a result, the potential of AI to deliver value to patients, clinicians, and organizations often goes unrealized—leading to wasted resources and missed opportunities. This course addresses that gap by teaching the fundamentals of applied AI from a business perspective, equipping decision-makers with the intuition needed to avoid common pitfalls.
Innovation with AI in Health Care is designed to empower healthcare executives to strategically integrate and utilize AI tools to enhance their job functions. Participants will also learn to critically assess current AI technologies and anticipate future developments relevant to the healthcare industry, gaining actionable insights into the role of AI across the payer, provider, and pharmaceutical sectors. In addition, participants will be introduced to “vibe coding” as a rapid prototyping methodology for healthcare product development, complete with practical demonstrations from leading experts.
