Dr. Snyder pioneered functional genomics and multi-omics technologies, including ChIP-seq, RNA-seq, and integrative personal omics profiling (iPOP), to study genomes, proteomes, and regulatory networks. His iPOP approach longitudinally tracks individual health data to assess disease risk and monitor disease states for personalized medicine.
