Dr. Faubert studies metabolic reprogramming in cancer, using isotope tracing, metabolomics, and in vivo/intraoperative measurements to understand how tumors adapt metabolism to survive and spread. His lab is identifying metabolic vulnerabilities that emerge during metastasis, with the goal of uncovering novel, therapeutically targetable pathways.
