Presented by Lorena Pacheco, PhD, MPH, RDN
Lorena S. Pacheco is a nutritional epidemiologist that combines her passion and interests in public health/community nutrition, clinical trials, health disparities, and chronic disease prevention, to develop scalable and culturally-appropriate interventions (i.e., Teaching Kitchen intervention model) to prevent cardiometabolic disease in Hispanics/Latinos and other minority populations. She is a Research Scientist in the department of nutrition at HSPH, and an Adjunct Professor at Simmons University in the department of Nutrition.
