Grad Lab Updates: February 2025

The Grad Lab started off 2025 with a celebration of Yonatan’s tenure appointment with the department, alumni, and friends of the lab – Congratulations on your achievement, Yonatan!

The end of 2024 brought two new papers. Kirstin Oliveira Roster published Estimating the undetected burden and the likelihood of strain persistence of drug-resistant Neisseria gonorrhoeae in the American Journal of Epidemiology. Rachel Mittelstaedt led Staphylococcus aureus Tetracycline Resistance and Co-resistance in a Doxycycline Postexposure Prophylaxis–Eligible Population, published in The Journal of Infectious Diseases with additional work from David Helekal.
In February, we welcomed Zoe Weiss, a student in the Harvard/MIT MD/PhD program, who will be rotating with us this semester – glad to have you, Zoe!
