About the Program

Supporting sustainability and change leaders to deliver on complex change agendas has never been so important, so challenging, and so revelatory. Given the scale and urgency of our contemporary leadership challenges, we have created a program to support leaders in creating lasting, long-term impact without burning out. We ask our participants to bring their real-world leadership challenges to be worked on and reinterpreted through a new lens with a proven track record in scaling leadership impact. We address the day-to-day challenges involved in taking ideas from inception to scale, and we skill up our participants by addressing:

  • Purpose-driven leadership
  • Fostering psychological safety
  • Adapting to uncertainty
  • Rapid sense-making within shifting contexts
  • Working within complex stakeholder ecosystems
  • De-risking and scaling change by reducing friction and increasing flow
  • Transforming governance and decision-making to be future ready
  • Finance and accounting for adaptive leadership
  • AI leadership for shared good
