Eric M. Winston is the Disparity Market Development Manager for Medtronic. In this role, he focuses on the elimination of disparities within health care settings, and leads Medtronic’s “Do it” or Disparity Outreach Impact Team. Previously at Medtronic, Winston has worked as the Director of Disparity Market Development, and District Service Manager Medtronic CRDM. Veronika J. Wirtz, MSc, PhD is a pharmacist, educator and researcher with over ten years of experience in international public health focusing on health system strengthening and program evaluations of medicines access and utilization. Currently, Dr. Wirtz is Associate Professor of Global Health at Boston University School of Public Health (BUSPH) where she teaches courses in health systems, pharmaceuticals in public health, and non-communicable diseases. Ted Witherell is a faculty member in the Department of Health Policy and Management. His approach is shaped by more than 25 years dedicated to developing impactful leaders and organizational cultures as a healthcare executive, faculty member and consultant. He brings leadership-focused education and coaching to the Masters in Public Health program. Dr. Brad Wong, along with his position at Mettalytics, is an affiliated researcher at the Bergen Centre for Ethics and Priority Setting in Health, at the University of Bergen, Norway. Brad has overseen or contributed to hundreds of economic evaluations in low-and-middle-income countries, publishing peer-reviewed and technical reports across numerous sectors including agriculture, education, gender, nutrition, water and sanitation, poverty, trade, and global health. Brad’s cost-benefit research has been used to assist stakeholders to prioritize resources for greatest impact, to make investment cases for increased spending and to identify cost-effective approaches to solving development issues. Keith Woolard holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from North Carolina State University. He has worked in the filtration field for the past 15 years holding various positions in the areas of research and development and design engineering. He currently holds the position of Regional Product Manager of Containment and Air Cleaner Products for Camfil USA and is responsible for the development, management, and market success of the air cleaner and containment products.
Dr. David Wypij is Associate Professor of Pediatrics at Harvard Medical School, Associate Professor in the Department of Biostatistics at the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health, and Director of the Statistics and Data Coordinating Center, Department of Cardiology, at Boston Children’s Hospital. He focuses on active collaboration in pediatric clinical research studies and in biostatistical education and administration.
