Working Group

Learn more about the Women, Gender, and Health working group.

The Working Group on Women, Gender, and Health (WGH) was founded in 1996 by Harvard School of Public Health faculty members, postdoctoral fellows, and students interested in advancing the study of women, gender, and health at the School. In 2002, the school-wide faculty approved the Interdisciplinary Concentration on WGH.

Our monthly meetings are hybrid (in-person and Zoom), with lunch provided for those attending. The meetings are open to anyone interested in gender and health, and are designed to be a space for conversation, community building, and discussion of current hot topics. Students, staff, and faculty are all welcome to attend – join us!
