Fawn Phelps is the Director of Leadership Development at the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health. She has more than 15 years of experience in legislative and regulatory advocacy focused on the well-being of low-income and disadvantaged populations. She joined Harvard after 7 years at Health Care For All where she served as Policy Director, Interim-Executive Director, and manager of the coalition backing Massachusetts’ 2006 health reform.
Previously, Ms. Phelps served as the Director of Public Affairs at Easter Seals MA, a lobbyist for the Human Rights Campaign, and an aide to U.S. Senator Ron Wyden. She has a BA from Wesleyan University and an MPA from the Harvard Kennedy School with a concentration in advanced leadership development.
Cyra Perry Dougherty, known as “Perry”, is an Instructor in the Department of Education at the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health and the founder and CEO of Rootwise Leadership, where she serves as the lead coach, consultant, facilitator, and trainer.
As an ordained interspiritual minister with more than 15 years of experience working with global executive teams in the social sector and civil society, Perry enriches cutting-edge leadership development theory and practice with a deep understanding of the inner life, spiritual practice, creative expression, and personal narrative. She pursues her work with transformation as both means and end.

Brett Turner is a Doctor of Public Health student at the Harvard Chan School of Public Health. Brett has worked with non-profit organizations, healthcare organizations, and municipal leaders to build data-driven strategies for delivering services & supporting performance management in business, healthcare, education, homeless services, and more.
Outside of HSPH, Brett is a statistician at the US Dept of Veterans Affairs, and is an instructor of biostatistics at the Rutgers School of Public Health. He has an MA in Data Analytics & Applied Social Research and a BA in Psychology from the City University of New York. He has worked previously as an Emergency Medical Technician, and in business & operations at cultural organizations in New York City where he spent his entire life before coming to Boston.
Sharon Bueno Washington, founder of Bueno Consulting, is an organizational development consultant with more than 25 years of experience. She has worked in every major industry in both the public and private sectors. She is a certified executive coach and a trained mediator, with extensive group and process facilitation experience.
In pursuit of creating healthy, high-functioning organizations and communities, Sharon offers consulting services in the areas of leadership development, diversity and inclusion, organizational change, team dynamics, cultural competence, and cross-cultural dynamics.
Sharon’s practice is global. She has consulted to a wide array of clients, from more than 35 countries. She launched her consulting career after several years as director of organizational development at a high-tech engineering firm. She took her experience, developing practical solutions for leaders and individual contributors, and used it to create highly experiential, dynamic, and engaging solutions for her clients.
Since 2015, Sharon has been part of the coaching team in support of Doctor of Public Health students at the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health, and in 2018 was appointed as an Adjunct Lecturer on Education and Coach at the Harvard Graduate School of Education.

Eliza Ramos is an executive coach and leadership development consultant, and the founder of Circles International (CI). CI supports social justice leaders and organizations to cultivate wellbeing and prevent burnout. Their work focuses at the intersections of wellbeing, leadership development, and diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI).
Eliza is a co-instructor of the Collective Leadership Certificate at Rootwise Leadership, has been a keynote speaker for the Stanford Social Innovation Review, BlueCross BlueShield Foundation, Apple, and 1440 Multiversity, and facilitates workshops and trainings on DEI and wellbeing at universities such as UC San Francisco, UC Berkeley, Johns Hopkins University, and University of Minnesota. Eliza’s writing has been published by the United Nations, UNICEF, Anchor Magazine and the Columbia Social Work Review.
Eliza holds an M.P.H. from HSPH and an M.S.W. from Columbia University. Eliza currently resides in Oakland, California, and enjoys being part of the bay area’s arts, activism and healing communities.
