Rachel Nethery elected to ENAR’s RECOM

Congratulations to Assistant Professor of Biostatistics Rachel Nethery who was just elected as a member of the International Biometric Society’s Eastern North American Region (ENAR) Regional Committee (RECOM). Rachel will serve as a RECOM member for the 3-year term 2024-2026.

The committee consists of nine members elected to three year terms, with three new members elected each year. It is a voting body that contributes oversight to the budget, activities and initiatives of the region.

In related news, Biostats alumna Loni Tabb, Associate Professor of Biostatistics and Associate Dean for Faculty Affairs at Dornsife at Drexel University was also elected to the same Committee, and Biostats Alumna Alisa Stephens-Shields, currently Associate Professor of Biostatistics at the Center for Clinical Epidemiology and Biostatistics is starting her second year as Secretary of the region.
