Plan a Personal Visit

Alumni are welcome to visit campus. Visitors need a valid photo ID and must arrange a one-day visitor pass in advance to access campus. Reach out to the Office for Alumni Relations at least one week prior to your visit to arrange a pass. If you would like to visit faculty members, please contact them directly to arrange an appointment. Please contact the Office for Alumni Relations if you have questions about visiting the Harvard Chan School campus.

Attend an Event

Many campus events are open to the public. Event organizers will arrange visitor passes when needed. The Harvard Chan Studio is the hub for the School’s premiere in-person and live-streamed events, and hosts insightful conversations about public health’s most pressing challenges and most promising solutions. 

Temporary Identification

If you require sustained access to Harvard Chan School buildings after graduation to complete work or for other legitimate business or academic reasons, please see your department or program administrator, who can sponsor you for a one-week, 30-, 60-, or 90-day temporary ID that will allow you access to the portions of the campus that are necessary for completing your work. The decision to sponsor a temporary ID is at the sole discretion of the department or program, not the Office for Alumni Relations, and may be rescinded at any time.
