Quad Garage Advisory- WAB Promenade Project and Quad Garage Ramp

Department Representatives,

Due to the WAB Promenade Project, the Quad garage ramp will be reduced to one lane at all times starting on Thursday, June 15th. The project is expected to continue through December, 2023.

The garage will remain open during normal business hours but please note that the parking booth will be out of service during this time, so all incoming traffic will be directed straight into the garage. There will be traffic detail posted at the top and bottom of the ramp for the duration of the repair work/ramp reduction. It is extremely important department visitors and all parkers to follow their directions when entering/exiting the garage.

Quad garage will be CLOSED to incoming traffic every evening starting at 5:00 pm and on weekends and will reopen weekdays at 5:00 am – please note schedule below.

Mondays through Fridays – OPEN 5 am to 5 pm, CLOSED 5 pm to 5 am

Note: Monthly and departmental visitors already parked in the garage will be able to EXIT during Quad garage closures.

Saturdays, Sundays – CLOSED

All Quad afterhours parkers will be temporarily relocated to the NRB Garage.

Any parkers, including departmental visitors reserved for quad parking, arrivingafter 5:00pm on weekdays will be redirected to the NRB Garage – signage will be posted accordingly.
