Staff

Maddie Davies, MPH is a Senior Program Manager at The Kraft Center for Community Health at Mass General Brigham. Before joining the team in January 2020,  she worked at Boston Children’s Hospital in the Office of Community Health. In her role at Children’s, she managed the Fitness in the City program, a childhood obesity intervention in health centers, and also worked on health center capacity building and professional development projects. Prior to Children’s, she was on the MGH Center for Community Health Improvement’s Evaluation Team, evaluating youth programs and coalitions in Charlestown, Chelsea and Revere. Maddie holds a Master of Public Health degree from Boston University School of Public Health with a concentration in Social and Behavioral Sciences. 
Maddie served as the Implementation Team’s Project Manager for ISCCCE, supporting the coordination of the dual screening pilots and health center capacity building work.  For Mass-ACCERT she is part of the RMMDM core and Community Gateway to Health study, supporting facilitation of the systems-level intervention. She also supports the Implementation Learning Community.

Morgan Mulhern, MPH is a Research Project Coordinator in the Department of Social and Behavioral Sciences at the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health. Within the Ramanadhan Lab, she works on projects that support community-based organizations to connect research- and practice-based evidence with their efforts to advance health equity. She holds an MPH in Health and Social Behavior from Harvard Chan (MPH-65, Class of 2022).
Prior to joining Harvard Chan, Morgan worked in frontline service roles at Hennepin County in Minneapolis, Minnesota. As a Community Health Worker, she connected children and families with preventive medical and dental care. During the COVID-19 pandemic, she worked as a Site Lead on the county’s emergency response and housing stability teams, serving adults experiencing homelessness across decentralized shelter sites at hotels and motels throughout the county.

Morgan is a part of the Capacity-Building Team for Mass-ACCERT, where she provides project management and administrative support for initiatives that strengthen Massachusetts researchers’ capacity to engage and partner with local communities to address social determinants of health in the context of cancer research.

Cate Ryan, MPH is a program coordinator supporting the cancer implementation science research program within the Department of Social and Behavioral Sciences at the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health. She holds an MPH in Health and Social Behavior from Harvard Chan (MPH-65, Class of 2026). While an MPH student, Cate worked as a Teaching Fellow, supporting courses in Health Policy and Social and Behavioral Sciences at HSPH, as well as the Leaders in Health program which offers an introduction to public health principles for community practitioners. She also worked as a research assistant for the Chan School’s Initiative on Health and Homelessness and at the Harvard Kennedy School’s Government Performance Lab. Prior to her MPH, Cate worked at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute in the Department of Genitourinary Oncology as a Clinical Research Coordinator. She also spent a year in San Francisco working at a nonprofit legal aid organization helping implement right to counsel for eviction lawsuits, a role which deepened her commitment to addressing social determinants of health.

Cate is a program coordinator for Mass-ACCERT and MCPCRN, providing administrative support and research technical assistance.
