Dr. Renata Goncalves recognized with Outstanding Manuscript Award
Hotamisligil Laboratory Research Associate Dr. Renata Goncalves was recently recognized by Boston Area Nutrition Obesity Research Center (NORC) 2026 Outstanding Manuscript Award for her 2025 publication in Nature, “CoQ imbalance drives reverse electron transport to disrupt liver metabolism“.
This award celebrates first authors whose published work has made a significant impact in the fields of nutrition, obesity, or metabolism. What makes this award especially meaningful is the way her work exemplifies the mission of the Boston NORC community: to advance research that is methodologically strong, ethically grounded, and yielding high quality results.
