New publication in Nature Communications from Dr. Tse Yang Lim
We are celebrating a new Grad Lab publication from Dr. Tse Yang Lim: Nowcasting epidemic trends using hospital- and community-based virologic test data, published in Nature Communications. The paper uses modeling to explore Ct-value based epidemic surveillance methods in the context of RT-qPCR testing for SARS-CoV-2. Dr. Grad and lab alumnus Dr. Sanjat Kanjilal contributed as well.
