Workshop on Hospital and Healthcare Management

India Research Center hosted a workshop on Hospital and Healthcare Management led by Prof. Richard Siegrist, Senior Lecturer in Health Care Management and Faculty Director for the DrPH Program, Department of Health Policy and Management at Harvard Chan School in October, 2019. The focus of the workshop was to train health care executives in hospital management, cost accounting, strategy and operations.

Participants included representatives from Apollo Hospitals, Hinduja Hospital, Breach Candy Hospital; representatives from National Health Systems Resource Centre; faculty from IIM Lucknow and Indian School of Business.
