Wan will present the thesis entitled “Cross-Species Integration of Single-Cell RNA-Sequencing Data using Bilevel Optimization". The thesis committee is chaired by Dr. Rong Ma, and includes Dr. Rui Duan and Dr. Jeff Miller.
