Elizabeth is a Research Assistant at the Prevention Research Center on Nutrition and Physical Activity at the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health, where she works on a qualitative evaluation of a healthy eating and physical activity program for Boston child care providers, led by Dr. Kenney in partnership with the Boston Public Health Commission (BPHC). On the IMPLEMENT study, she works with BPHC on the implementation manual for the Boston Healthy Child Care Initiative. Her primary interest is in randomized trials testing whether changes in diet quality and meal timing improve cardiometabolic health, with a secondary interest in how well participants adhere to those changes long term.

Elizabeth holds an MPH in Nutrition from the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health and a B.A. in Spanish from the University of California, Berkeley, with a concentration in Iberian Languages and Literatures (Spanish and Portuguese). Earlier in her career, she ran a strength and nutrition coaching business in San Francisco for eight years and led nutrition and physical activity classes at A Woman’s Place for women recovering from substance use and complex trauma. She speaks Spanish and Portuguese, along with conversational French and German. Outside of work, she loves film noir, glass art, and local farm stands.
