Healthy Plates for People and Planet
You can both reduce your risk for disease and reduce your environmental footprint by centering plants in your diet and by being mindful as you shop, store, and cook your food. Small changes make a big difference!
During Harvard Climate Action Week (9/15-9/21), enjoy meals that promote both human and planetary health at participating Harvard campus cafes. Visit the Healthy Plates for People and Planet tab on the conference website for cafe locations, recipes to try at home, tips for healthy and sustainable living, getting involved in the food system, and information about Harvard initiatives. We worked collaboratively with The Nutrition Source team at the Harvard T.H.
