Biography
My research is focused on elucidating the role of dietary patterns in cancer prevention and identifying potential biological mechanisms underlying associations of diet and cancer risk. I am specifically interested in mechanisms involving inflammation, insulin response and metabolomics, with colorectal cancer as a major endpoint. My current research efforts are supported by an R00 grant from the National Cancer Institute.
