- Sunday, December 24th: Closed
- Monday, December 25th: Closed
- Tuesday, December 26th: open for limited support from 12pm-4pm
- Wednesday, December 27th: open for limited support from 12pm-4pm
- Thursday, December 28th: open for limited support from 12pm-4pm
- Friday, December 29th: open for limited support from 12pm-4pm
- Saturday December 30th: Closed
- Sunday, December 31st: Closed
- Monday, January 1st: Closed
- Tuesday, January 2nd: Open for normal operation

The SPH Field Support Services walk-in helpdesk will close on December 21st at 6pm and reopen on Monday, January 3rd at 8am. Phone lines open at 7:30am the same day.
IT staff monitor all core systems (e.g., email, network, file storage, server rooms, web servers) throughout the break. These systems are monitored 24/7/365.
Monthly Server and Network maintenance will be FRIDAY, December 15: 7pm to 1am. Please note the change in date.
