IT Support During Winter Break
The Department of Information Technology will provide phone support hours to assist the community with computer issues during the winter break.
Phone support hours are as follows:
- Wednesday, December 24: 7:30 AM–12:00 PM
- Thursday, December 25: OFFICE CLOSED
- Friday, December 26: 10:00 AM–2:00 PM
- Monday, December 29 through Wednesday, December 31: 10:00 AM–2:00 PM
- Thursday, January 1: OFFICE CLOSED
- Friday, January 2: Normal hours
- Monday, January 5: Normal hours

Please note that all core systems (e.g., email, network, file storage, server rooms, web servers) are monitored throughout the break by IT staff. These systems are monitored 24/7/365.
