All IT systems have been restored, and all systems are running normally following today’s data center outage. The IT Team will continue to monitor all systems. Thank you for your patience.
If you have any issues accessing the network shared drives, please reboot your computer.

We are experiencing an outage with the Chan School’s main data center. Most services have gone offline. SPH IT is working on bringing them up. More info to come.
The following services are unavailable:
- All Virtual Desktop Systems
- File services
- Mailman listservs
- Local SMTP email services
- Powerfaids and NetPartner
- Wasabi
- Research Servers maintained by the Infrastructure Team
