August Server and Network Maintenance: Thu., 8/21, 7pm – 1am

IT will perform regular monthly system maintenance to servers and network equipment beginning at 7 PM Thursday, August 21st, and ending at 1 AM Friday, August 22nd, Eastern Time.
VDI Users:
During this maintenance the VDI login will change from Duo to Okta.
The following services will be unavailable during the dates and times above:
- All Virtual Desktop Systems
- File services
- Mailman listservs
- Local SMTP email services
- Powerfaids and NetPartner
- Wasabi
- Research Servers maintained by the Infrastructure Team
All other services will be unaffected during the maintenance timeframe, including the following:
- Zoom
- Canvas
- Crimson Print
- Microsoft 365 (email, calendar, OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Administrative forms (account requests, visitor pass requests, computer setup, etc.)
- Kiteworks by Accellion File Transfer service
- my.harvard
- Web Server (main hsph.harvard.edu site)
- Emma
