Overview
Our dynamic custom programs are specifically tailored to enhance your team’s performance and advance your organizational priorities. Programs can also be designed to strengthen you and your client’s relationship by offering them access to a Harvard program. We help your organization meet today’s challenges and develop tomorrow’s leaders by offering a customized, practical learning experience based on research, practical applications, and active engagement in health care delivery networks around the world. We are able to design and deliver programs in many formats; online (virtual live or asynchronous), hybrid, on our campus in Boston, or at a location of your choice.
How We Work with You:
There are two fundamental options for organizations who would like to train multiple staff. If you have 4- 20 people whom you would like to train in a specific topic area, we can discount our current programs to accommodate your team.
If you have 21+ staff, we recommend designing something more customized. This can take the form of a modification of an existing course or designing something completely new.
We leverage Harvard’s extensive network of leading experts to engage the best faculty for the programs we deliver. We supplement our faculty’s award-winning research with leading thought leaders from outside academia to provide practical perspectives and innovative thinking, resulting in our clients getting the best of all worlds.
Our collaborative process uses active teaching and learning methods combined with adult learning pedagogy including cases, exercises, simulations, lectures, outside experts, and web-based tools. We work with you every step of the way to ensure the program aligns with your goals.
