Health Care Quality Improvement: From Design to Implementation
“Dr. Massoud’s teaching method is simple. His extensive experience in quality improvement is evident, as he frequently incorporates examples from his own projects. Additionally, his teaching materials are self-authored. I thoroughly enjoyed the class and I am glad I joined the program.”—Elikem Gati-Kwashie, University of Ghana Medical Centre
