Biography
As the SCIO for Massachusetts’ EOHHS, Manu is responsible for IT for 17 state agencies including Medicaid, public health, disability services, means based programs and children and youth services. Manu also serves as the Massachusetts State HIT Coordinator and is currently overseeing the development of a statewide Medicaid funded open access HIE infrastructure for the state. Manu is also the Principal Technology Lead on the six state New England Health Insurance Exchange innovator program. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from India, a Master of Business Administration degree from Boston University and a Master of Public Administration degree from Harvard University.
