Biography
Dr. Barlow is Well-being Director, Health Care Integration and Performance for the IBM Corporation. She is responsible for the global development and execution of standardized performance measurement and strategies for the content, funding and integration of all clinical care initiatives. These initiatives include disease management, clinical care coordination, behavioral health/employee assistance programs, prescription drug benefit programs, integrated disability management, workers’ compensation, and wellness and health promotion programs.
Dr. Barlow attended medical school at Creighton University and completed her residency training in occupational medicine at Johns Hopkins University. She holds Masters’ degrees in business administration and public health and is a Certified Physician Executive. Dr. Barlow is board certified in occupational medicine and holds the rank of fellow in both the American College of Occupational and Environmental Medicine and the American College of Preventive Medicine.
