Bart Ellingsen
Biography
Bart Ellingsen has served in the occupational safety profession for over 30 years. He is certified in the practice of industrial hygiene by the Board for Global EHS Credentialing and is certified as a Safety Professional by the Board of Certified Safety Professionals. He completed is undergraduate study in engineering at Northeastern University and obtained the degree of Master of Science in Work Environments from the University of Massachusetts at Lowell.
Mr. Ellingsen began his career as an environmental, health and safety consultant, providing these professional services to a variety of clients in both the public sector and the private sector. Following his tenure in EHS consulting, Mr. Ellingsen served in the semiconductor industry as an EHS Engineering at Analog Devices, Inc. While there, he managed the range of EHS programs.
Mr. Ellingsen now serves as an Occupational Hygiene and Personal Safety Specialist for DuPont, at their Marlborough, MA facility, where specialty chemicals are engineered and produced for electronics and industrial markets.
