Kimberlyn Leary, executive vice president at the Urban Institute, works with Urban’s president, Sarah Rosen Wartell, to enhance Urban's impact and forge new partnerships. Previously, Leary was Urban’s senior vice president for research management and program development.Before joining Urban, Leary held full-time academic roles at Harvard Medical School and the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health, where she directed the Enabling Change program. Dr. Edmund W. J. Lee is an Associate Professor (tenured) at the Department of Media and Communication at City University of Hong Kong. Pam has 22 years of experience as a public company director, serving on seven public company boards where she has been chair of the board, presiding director, and chaired audit and compensation committees. She has been involved in IPOs, equity and debt financings, acquisitions, divestitures, restructurings, auditor changes, sale of the company, cyber breaches, activist negotiations, and planned and unplanned CEO succession. Dr. Jennifer Lerner is the Thornton F. Bradshaw Professor of Public Policy, Management and Decision Science at the Harvard Kennedy School. She is the first psychologist in the history of the Harvard Kennedy School to receive tenure. Professor Lerner also holds appointments in Harvard’s Department of Psychology and Institute for Quantitative Social Sciences. Jeff Levin-Scherz is a managing director and the Population Health Leader of the North American Health and Benefits Travel of WTW, formerly Willis Towers Watson, where he helps large employers develop, implement and evaluate their health management strategy, including care management programs, incentive programs, and technology programs. Emily completed her PhD in the Harvard-MIT joint division of Health Sciences and Technology. Her career has centered around building data science and analytics teams and infrastructure within the health tech industry at companies such as IBM Watson Health, Wellframe, and Cityblock. She currently serves as the Executive Director of Data & Healthcare Innovation at Morgan Health, where her role involves developing a robust data strategy for the organization from analytics, infrastructure, and investment perspectives, as well as deriving meaningful insights from the rich data sources at Morgan Health. Gene Lupton is a graduate of UNC-Charlotte with a BS degree in Mechanical Engineering. Gene started his career as a junior engineer with a consulting firm performing machine design on packaging and material handling equipment for clients such as Proctor and Gamble and Ford Motor Company. He then moved into the filtration industry in 1996 at the Flanders Filters Washington NC facility as a product engineer for HEPA filters and commercial metal products.
