Strengthening the Career Paths for Women Executives
Women comprise a majority of health care employees—yet relatively few executives are female. Emerging Women Executives in Health Care helps senior, mid-career, and emerging health care leaders strengthen their leadership strategies to improve their organizational impact, prepare for their next career move, and learn key skills to help promote the advancement of women as health care executive leaders. As a participant, you will leave the program better prepared to leverage the critical business knowledge gained to lead strategically and manage complex health care challenges. With a focus on building effective cross-functional relationships, this program provides the mindset, tools, and skills to navigate change with agility. Through group discussions and hands-on exercises, you will learn from your fellow participants’ experiences, as well as from leading Harvard faculty, as you exchange valuable insights and best practices.
As a participant, you will develop the leadership skills needed to manage health care organizations efficiently and effectively by exploring topics that include:

Objectives & Highlights
This program is designed to engage women leaders who are advancing into a management role and looking to drive excellence.
