Program Overview
From Strategy to Execution in AI-Enabled Health Innovation
Building AI Solutions to Transform Healthcare is an intensive online build sprint for leaders who want to create new AI-enabled products, services, and ventures in healthcare. Participants bring a real opportunity area—whether inside a health system, life sciences organization, payer, startup, or public agency—and work through a structured process to shape it into a clear product concept with defined users, workflows, and measurable value.
Over the program, participants use an AI-native build workflow to pressure-test assumptions, make disciplined product decisions, and rapidly translate their concept into a functional prototype or substantial MVP. The course culminates in a concise pitch designed for real decision contexts—internal innovation funding, venture investors, or public-sector pathways—so participants leave prepared to move from ambition to action.
Healthcare AI Studio
From concept to prototype to pitch—in four days.
This is an immersion into execution. You will move beyond the role of a student to become a creator. Over four intensive days, you will utilize the Healthcare AI Studio—a proprietary, open-access product development platform—to orchestrate a team of expert AI agents and build a validated, AI-enabled healthcare product from the ground up.
Participants do not leave with slides alone. You will leave with a Product Requirements Document (PRD), a validated prototype, and a pitch deck ready for internal stakeholders or venture funding.
Objectives & Highlights
By the end of the program, participants will be able to:
- Identify and prioritize high-impact healthcare challenges using system-level frameworks
- Translate complex problems into clearly defined solution concepts
- Apply structured, multi-agent AI workflows to inform product decisions
- Develop a complete Product Requirements Document (PRD)
- Build and test a functional AI-enabled prototype or substantial MVP

Certificate of Specialization
Advance your Career with a Certificate of Specialization
This program contributes to the AI in Health Care Certificate of Specialization. Click here for more information.

Building AI Solutions to Transform Healthcare is the capstone course in the AI in Health Care Certificate of Specialization and builds on Responsible AI for Health Care: Concepts and Applications, Implementing AI in Clinical Practice, and Innovation with AI in Health Care. While each program can be taken independently, completing three courses earns the AI in Health Care Certificate of Specialization.
Together, the first three programs provide the leadership foundation— Responsible AI for Health Care focuses on governance, ethics, regulation, and risk; Implementing AI in Clinical Practice covers operational rollout through workflow redesign, evaluation, MLOps, and change management; and Innovation with AI in Health Care broadens strategic awareness of frontier applications and leading organizations. Building AI Solutions to Transform Healthcare then shifts from understanding and adoption to execution, equipping participants to build, test, and pitch a real solution end-to-end using an AI-native, vibe-coding workflow.
