2024 Emotional Well-Being and Physical Health Summer Short Course
The Emotional Well-Being and Physical Health Summer Short Course is a joint venture from Dr. Laura Kubzansky (Harvard Chan) and Dr. Andrew Steptoe (UCL). This year’s course will take place July 15-19, 2024, on Harvard’s main campus. The course targets junior scholars (postdoctoral fellows and junior faculty), early career researchers, and doctoral-level graduate students, medical students and students in other health professions, as well as policy makers. Over the week, we have an exciting line-up of faculty who will provide attendees with a systematic and rigorous overview of the relationship between positive emotional well-being and physical health, drawing on a variety of empirical methods with careful consideration of measurement issues.
This year for the first time we’re able to offer CME credit hours. This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the accreditation requirements and policies of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) through the joint providership of The Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health and the Emotional Well-Being and Physical Health Summer Short Course. The Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health is accredited by the ACCME to provide continuing medical education for physicians.
The Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health designates this live activity for 30 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.
