Learning Objectives: At the conclusion of this activity, participants will be able to:
- Describe at least three mechanisms by which onsite workplace health centers enhance worker productivity.
- Evaluate the clinical and financial benefits, as well as limitations, of co-locating occupational and primary care services, using case-based cost-benefit and productivity data.
- Describe key components of care coordination within integrated onsite health centers that reduce fragmentation and improve health outcomes for employed populations.
