Learning Objectives: Participants will be able to 1) identify various occupational hazards that can impact reproductive health in laboratory settings; 2) explain the process of conducting a thorough risk assessment for reproductive hazards in the workplace, including the identification of exposure routes and protective measures; 3) describe primary, secondary, and tertiary prevention strategies to minimize reproductive health risks; and to 4) discuss the implications of the Pregnant Workers Fairness Act of 2023.
